Refund and Returns Policy

At Rosella floral coast , we take pride in delivering the freshest flowers and providing exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Damage or Wilted Flowers: If the flowers you received are damaged or wilted, you are eligible for refund or replacement. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Incorrect Order: If you received an incorrect order ( wrong bouquet or arrangement), please notify us within 24 hours, and we will correct the issue properly.
  • Non-Delivery: If your order was not delivered on the scheduled delivery date and time, you are eligible for a refund or re-delivery at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for orders where the customer has simply changed their mind after the flowers have been delivered.
  • Recipient Not Available: If the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, and we followed the delivery instructions (e.g Leaving flowers with a neighbour  or at the front desk), no refund will be issued.
  • Incorrect Address: Refunds will not be issued if the delivery address provided by the customer was incorrect.

How to Request a  Refund

  • Provide Order Details: Include your order number, delivery date, and description of the issue. If the flowers are damaged, please attach a photo for verification.
  • Resolution Options: We will review your request and offer a resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, or re-delivery.

Refund Process

  • Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. You will receive a conformation email once the refund had been processed.
  • In case of replacement or re-delivery, we will arrange for the new flowers to be sent out as soon as possible, typically within the next 24 hours.
