Orders can be cancelled up until 48hrs of delivery where a full refund will be given. If cancelation takes within 48hrs of delivery a credit not will be issued which is valid for 6 months.
In rare case, of a particular flower or arrangement is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value and quality.
We offer $ 14.95 delivery rate within 10km radius from our shop located at 500 Oxford St, Bondi Junction NSW 2022
For those who live from 10km to 20km radius from our shop delivery rate is 34.95
Other deliveries outside this radius can vary. Please call us for more information.
Standard delivery hours are between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Sunday.
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time due to an external courier service. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request in the best of our ability.
All orders to businesses will be delivered within business hours ( up until 5pm)
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, the flowers or gift will be left in a safe spot e.g at the recipient’s front or back door if requested to do so.
Additional charges will apply for re-delivery if there is no safe place to leave the delivery.
If the order has to be re-delivery the following day, a fresh lot of flowers will need to be made up and sent out, this will require an additional 50% of the coast of the total retail value( inclusive GST)
